How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized bags are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Witchwood bag comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my bag?
To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend wiping it down with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, and store it in the provided dust bag when not in use.
Are your bags waterproof?
While our materials are water-resistant and can handle a light drizzle, they are not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain and drying your bag immediately with a soft cloth if it gets wet.
